Arogya Attduty ("the App") is used by employees of the Commissionerate of Health Services to record attendance and manage leave. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

• Personal details: name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, and employee ID.
• Identity documents: Aadhaar and profile photo submitted during registration/approval.
• Location data: GPS coordinates captured at the time of attendance punch-in/punch-out, used only to verify presence at the assigned office/facility.
• Device information: basic device/app diagnostics required for app functionality and troubleshooting.

How We Use Your Information

• To verify employee identity and manage account approval.
• To record and validate daily attendance (punch-in/punch-out) based on location.
• To manage leave applications, leave balances, and related approvals.
• To communicate service-related OTPs and notifications.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with authorized department officials (e.g., Nodal Officers, HOD) for attendance and leave approval workflows, and with SMS/OTP service providers strictly to deliver login OTPs.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as you remain an active employee record in the system, or as required by applicable government record-keeping regulations.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted storage of passwords and restricted access controls, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Your Rights

You may contact your department administrator to review, update, or request correction of your personal information held in the system.
